Specifications include, but are not limited to: Include/address all new Part I building program content requirements and Part II specific program content requirements as defined in the State of Maryland, September 2003 Facility Program Manual. Responding to pages 2 -19, 30 – 45, 52 – 56, and all required forms and information covered in the September 2003 Maryland Facility Program Manual. A plan and purpose, describing why and how the existing 2 nd and 3rd floors of Bladen Hall will be renovated. The renovation recommendations shall a minimum meet LEED Silver requirement. The consultant shall discuss how existing 1st floor Bladen Hall conditions affect LEED Silver building certification and recommend necessary steps the future A/E designer should take to ensure the College receives the desired certification. Identify which college departments require both instructional and office space within Bladen hall, and document the space requirements. Colored existing site plan(s) and colored existing floor plans, a utilities plan specifically for the Bladen Hall area, a pedestrian and vehicular plan, and other plans required to fully address all state agency and College requirements. Proposed changes to the building; to include but not limited to; the renovation of the space, phasing, staffing backfills, program and functional changes to the building, and the impact on adjacent buildings/sites.
