Specifications include, but are not limited to: The College wishes to engage qualified and experienced recruitment service providers to supplement the institution’s internal recruitment efforts, as they relate to filling Facilities and Public Safety vacancies. Services include, but not limited to the following: Meet with the College’s recruitment department and appropriate stakeholders to obtain information regarding expectations, challenges, requirements and responsibilities of the contractor. Spearhead a direct networking campaign to attract top talent, executing the advertising plan. Source Candidates. Accept and review all applications. Screen applicants, including face to face or video conference with viable candidates. Provide Montgomery College with resumes of qualified candidates for review, along with pre-screening notes. Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with Montgomery College personnel. Coordinate with HR recruiter to “hand off” candidate for hire. Optional Services - The College may request temporary to permanent staffing, as deemed necessary. Any additional services shall be compensated at an agreed upon contract rate.
