Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide case management services to participant households. 6.2. Complete an Individual Training and Services Plan, as required by HUD, for each participating adult household member enrolled in the FSS Program. 6.3. Assist participant households in satisfying their obligations for successful completion of the FSS Program. 6.4. Meet with FSS participants individually at least four times per calendar year, more if necessary and document all meetings and contacts. 6.5. Provide referrals to community resources to family needs in order to remove the barriers to self-sufficiency as identified by the FSS participant. 6.6. Evaluate the job marketability of FSS participants.
