Site visits: at a minimum, two times a year. a Fall and Spring (to be scheduled with the grant manager (s)) b On-site observations of professional development/training activities at both levels (elementary and secondary) c Classroom observations d In-person informal/semi-structured interviews of staff, technology specialists, and teachers. 2.) Online surveys: Annually a Share survey data from grant manager b One online survey to all teachers in participating schools (May) 3.) Extant data access: a Student demographics –MIL and Non-MIL students per school / per grade b ELA PARCC data (or equivalent) (Digital Leaning Grant) c Science and Mathematics Performance Measures (Eagles Sour STEM Grant) d SRI data (or equivalent) e Meeting notes.
