The objective of this Solicitation is to select a qualified contractor to provide, on an as needed basis, emergency remediation/mitigation, restoration and reconstruction services including electronic equipment and electronic media recovery and restoration, document recovery and restoration services due to fire, flood, sewer back-ups, smoke, or mold damage, etc. on a twenty-four (24) hour seven (7) days a week, three hundred sixty five (365) days a year for the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB). The Contractor must be experienced and qualified to provide all labor, materials equipment, supplies, supervision and other resources as required to execute the following: remediation/mitigation, restoration and reconstruction services including electronic equipment and electronic media recovery and restoration, document recovery and restoration services on a time and material, not to exceed basis as specified by authorized personnel of the University of Maryland, Baltimore
