Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.4.1.1. An Emergency Point of Contact to reach to initiate the mobilization process. Contact must be able to return call within one hour and confirm relocation process steps are commencing; 3.4.1.2. Provide availability for STO IT staff to print checks at 9:00am Eastern Time of the second business day after declaration is made; 3.4.1.3. Provide availability for receipt of delivery for up to 10,000 checks; 3.4.1.4. Provide capability to receive and store files via Secure Internet connection. The files will be print image data files in PDF format from the Office; 3.4.1.5. Provide requested sealers; and 3.4.1.6. Notify local US Postal depot of scheduled pickup for 3:00pm Eastern Time of checks.
