Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Installing, maintaining, and removing temporary chain-link fence around the perimeter of the work area. 2. Protection of existing structures and features from damage throughout the duration of the project. 3. Obtaining and contracting a private utility locator to identify the locations of the utility systems within the project limits prior to construction (note: MISS UTILITY does not perform services on State property). 4. Removal and disposal of the existing pipes and riser structures. 5. Construction of new concrete spillway as shown in S-01 (“Concrete Spillway Details”). Concrete construction includes steel reinforcement, control joints, expansion joints, etc. 6. Construction of a new temporary access road to access the concrete spillway. 7. Site clean-up at the end of the project, and removal of all demolished materials.
