Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1: Consultant Orientation Meet with PGCPS Project Team to determine division of roles, functions, and responsibilities; Work to develop a draft presentation on the initiative that will be given to internal and external stakeholders. Provide draft Stakeholder Engagement Process Plan. o Must include a communication plan for public information and updates. o Must provide mechanisms for the public to provide input through both public meetings and technological means. o Must maintain community feedback log. o Stakeholders will include but are not limited to the public, community and civic groups, political leaders, school leadership, and central office staff. Meet with Communications team to receive input on stakeholder engagement plan and coordinate responsibilities. Meet with leadership to present an overview of the initiative including but not limited to the draft stakeholder engagement process, use of GIS and other analytical tools, timeline, and responsibilities. Meet with Transportation team to establish process for coordinating assessing scenario impacts on bus routes. Present at Principals’ meeting an overview of the initiative and the draft stakeholder engagement process and solicit feedback. Task 2: Website Development Create a publicly accessible website to share all relevant information and data related to the initiative, adhering to PGCPS privacy policy. Items to be posted to the site include but are not limited to: o Stakeholder Engagement Process o Timeline o Promotional materials for public meetings
