Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor shall provide all labor, materials, parts, equipment, tools, and services necessary for and reasonably incidental to provide routine maintenance services and repair services to Cessna 206 Aircraft including Engine and Airframe as needed in accordance with this solicitation document, best practices, Manufacturer and FAA recommendations and requirements. Services to include, but not limited to, routine repairs, emergency repairs, oil changes, annual maintenance, and any scheduled interval service(s) as required by the manufacturer and/or FAA. • Specifications and Bidder Minimum Qualifications: • Services shall include all necessary work to repair and return-to-service IAW federal aviation regulations. • Vendor must be able to provide complete aircraft maintenance services (to include labor and parts). • Services to include, but not limited to, emergency repairs, oil changes, annual maintenance, and any scheduled interval service(s) as required by the manufacturer and/or FAA. • Vendor must have and maintain an FAA designated Repair Station license. Provide with bid. • Vendor must be located in Maryland. • Vendor must be no more than 65 drive miles from BWI Airport. • Vendor must have experience working on N125MD in the past 3 years. Provide proof with bid. • Vendor must be available to provide needed service(s) within 3 calendar days subject to existing vendor workload and complexity of task order. • Services will be on an as-needed basis and at direction of MAA Office of Regional Aviation Assistance (ORAA). • Vendor must have, maintain and provide copy of an FAA-designated Repair Station license. • Vendor must have demonstrated experience working on N125MD in the past 5 years. • Vendor must be able to provide complete aircraft maintenance services (to include labor and parts). • Vendor must have experience working on N125MD in the past 5 years. • Vendor must be located in Maryland. Bidder must be no more than 65 drive miles from BWI Airport. • Vendor must be available to provide needed service(s) within 3 calendar days subject to existing vendor workload and complexity of task order. • Vendor must have mechanics that are FAA certificated and qualified to work on Cessna 206 aircraft. • Mechanics must have FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate and/or Inspection Authorization (IA) certificate. • Aviation Maintenance Engineer (AME) certification from Professional Aviation Maintenance Association (PAMA) is desired but not required. • Vendor must have been in operation for the past 10 consecutive years
