Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor must be able to provide freshly made breakfast, lunch, and dinner to a minimum of 60 and a maximum of 500 people daily. Vendor must be available to fulfill requests on a 24/7 basis. Must be able to provide at most two meals in one day If lunch and dinner is provided, they must be different meals Breakfast and dinner must be hot meals Vendor must be able to provide the meals within 4 hours’ notice. Meals must be freshly individually boxed or wrapped on the day requested to include: Starch – example; bread Protein – example; deli meats, chicken, etc. Lunch must include potato chips Vegetable or Fruit or Cookie for all meals Meal appropriate condiments Utensil package - Individually wrapped Napkins
