Specifications include, but are not limited to: a.Provide labor for temporary employee positions at the College on an as-needed basis for any of the job classifications listed in Section 3.1; b.Maintain a pool of qualified employees to fill the requirements of BCCC at any of its locations: Main Campus – Liberty Heights, Workforce Development and Continuing Education Division ‘WDCE’ - and Reisterstown Plaza Center; c.Pay all wages, taxes and if applicable, benefits, for temporary workers it places; d.Pay for supplies it uses in the hiring process; e.Be responsible for administering and accepting job applications; f.Screen, test, and train prospective temporary employees; g.Conduct criminal background checks on prospective temporary employees; h.Conduct drug testing of temporary employees when requested by the College; i.Obtain, at its own expense, Insurance and Bonding necessary and incidental to providing acceptable temporary employee requirements.
