Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide multi-mode Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) data collection, interviewer monitoring, quality control, and data processing for the Maryland Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) program. The telephone survey will be conducted monthly using standard methodology provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Deliverable services include: provision of monthly data sets containing survey responses and record identifying information in a format acceptable to the Department and to CDC, provision of measures of quality control, validation of collected data, and other measures of interviewer performance and survey efficiency.
