he Maryland School for the Deaf is soliciting for a list of vendors to provide American Sign Language (ASL) services to both the Frederick and Columbia campuses. The contractors will provide American Sign Language interpreting services to The Maryland School for the Deaf for both the Frederick and Columbia campuses. Interpreters may be required to travel to neighboring areas such as the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia(DMV). In this Solicitation there will be three (3) Tiers on the Financial Proposal. Each Tier will need to have hourly rates entered by the offeror for each hourly rate category (In-Person, Virtual, and Certified Deaf Interpreting(CDI)). These interpreting services may include: 1. Tier 1 Interpreting Sessions; a. Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings; b. Board Meetings; c. Leadership Meetings; 2. Tier 2 Interpreting Sessions; a. Large Group meeting; b. Training; c. (2) Two Person Meeting; 3. Tier 3 Interpreting Sessions; a. Small Group Meeting; b. Athletic events; c. Staff Meeting
