Specifications include, but are not limited to: Administration, Scoring, and Reporting Platform for Internal
Assessments. 3.a.1 The Contractor shall perform the activities in accordance with relevant
professional standards contained in the 2014 edition of the American Educational
Research Association (AERA), the American Psychological Association (APA), and the
National Council on Measurement in Education (NCME) Standards for Educational and
Psychological Testing, and the Code of Fair Testing Practice in Education.
3.a.2 The Contractor’s services must meet, and remain consistent and compliant with,
all Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to the needs
of student populations, including special student populations.
3.a.3 The Contractor shall prepare an annual technical report and will work in
collaboration with the PGCPS Department of Testing, Research, and Evaluation in any
research based study.
