Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to engage a non-profit organization, as required 7 CFR 246 5(d), to administer a WIC Program in Montgomery County and targeted areas of Prince Georges County. The services include enrolling applicants in the WIC Program, providing supplemental foods through the WIC food instrument system, making nutrition education services available, and providing referrals to health care and other social service agencies as needed.
