Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to install asphalt shingles & rain gutter on operational house at Wolf Den Run State Park. The project is located at 1659 Upperman Rd, Oakland MD, Garrett County, Maryland 21550. 2. The proposed project shall include but is not limited to the following: a. Remove approximately 1700 SF of asphalt shingles & 50 LF ridge cap. Remove approximately 250 LF drip edge. Remove & replace approximately 250 LF of aluminum soffit & facia. Remove approximately 85 LF of valley and wall flashing & chimney flashing. Remove 20 LF of rain gutter. b. Remove and replace approximately twelve (12) courses of CMU flue block and terracotta liner on East chimney. Remove and replace approximately (26) courses of CMU flue block and terracotta liner on north chimney. Seal all replaced CMU flue block with thuro-seal block sealer or approved equal. c. Install approximately 1100 SF of asphalt shingles & underlayment, to include approximately 50 LF of ridge vent & asphalt caps. d. Install approximately 600 SF of G rib metal roofing. e. Install approximately 250 LF of drip edge & chimney flashing. f. Install approximately 130 LF of seamless gutter and 100 LF of downspouts. g. Install approximately 250 LF of soffit & facia. h. Install Approximately 100 LF of double rail snow guard. i. Removal and proper disposal of all debris off state property.
