1.1 The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, insurance necessary to provide total maintenance, inspections, testing, repairs, replacements of the fire alarm, sprinkler system and all fire extinguishers. 1.2 The contractor shall render two (2) inspections per year on the fire alarm and four (4) inspections on the sprinkler systems per year. The fire extinguishers shall be inspected, serviced, recharged required by code.
