Driven by aging infrastructure, continuous regulatory updates, and capacity limitations, the City is seeking a Consultant to assist in the development of a comprehensive Water and Wastewater Master Plan with the goal of providing long-term guidance and planning for future capital improvement projects needed to comply with regulatory requirements, maintain facility reliability, and identify opportunities for innovation. This Master Plan will build on current Capital Improvement Plans, the previous Water Master Plan, City Comprehensive Plan and will include, but is not limited to, the following services: • Regulatory review and analysis • Capacity review and analysis • Facility infrastructure and asset evaluation • Development of Wastewater Hydraulic Model • Development of Water Hydraulic Model (will consider update to existing water hydraulic model) • Development of a Water and Wastewater Asset Management Plan • Capital Improvement Plan update • Alternatives analysis for system improvements • Evaluate and update existing GIS to address functionality issues to allow for the development of the water and wastewater hydraulic models (all-pipe models)
