Scope of Work The scope of work for this project will include all necessary facets of architecture and engineering to develop complete construction documents and bid specifications (Consolidated Bid Set) for the renovation of Walder Park. It shall include all site investigations and surveys necessary to design the renovation from conceptual design to completed bid documents. Cost estimating and construction administration shall be included. All work shall be performed to the highest industry standard and in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ordinances. *In the event any necessary scope is not included below, the A/E Firm shall not be relinquished from performing ALL necessary work to complete the design according to all regulatory requirements and needs of the City.* The City has created a list of amenities and park features for incorporation into the renovation. The “wish list” below shall be incorporated into the design. The intent is to design the renovation of the park to include as much of the wish list as possible during the design process. The A/E Firm shall review this wish list with COG staff to fully understand the intent. The design shall be well thought out and maximize the effectiveness of available park space.
