Specifications include, but are not limited to: (1) Video System: i All video surveillance devices and cameras shall be in compliance with NDAA Section 889. ii Existing cable shall be replaced with Plenum rated Category 6 (CAT 6) cabling. iii The video system shall be designed using IP cameras and use the GENETEC security program. 1. Bidder shall provide all software required to run GENETEC security program. iv The components of this system shall provide the Court with flexibility for expansion now and in the future. v The components shall be upgradable and swappable without requiring mass replacement of all components. vi The system shall not have any connectivity to external networks or Judiciary IT networks. vii System monitoring and controlling shall only be available through the vendor provided workstation and not allow any remote access. (2) NVR shall: i Support forty-five (45) cameras. ii Be compatible with GENETIC Security system. iii Be connected to the workstation/monitor in the room to allow direct viewing. iv Allow for a choice in settings for 30 days of continuous recording on all cameras and to record on motion. (e.g., it may be set to record on motion at certain times during the day and continuously recording all other times.) v Have capability to automatically overwrite its oldest content to store new recordings. vi Have video recording compression at H.265 compression. vii Provide flexibility for expansion now and in the future. viii Be installed inside of a lockable cabinet. (3) Cameras shall: i Be vandal resistant, specifically able to withstand blows to housings and/or lens covers without interrupting the video. ii Support 16:9 video. iii Support minimum 30 frames per second. iv Support minimum of three (3) megapixel resolution. v Operate over a Power Over Ethernet (PoE) network. vi Use Plenum rated CAT 6 cabling for installations. vii Be from the same manufacturer (model). viii Be supported by the Genetec Security Center. (4) Accepted camera models: i ACTi, ii Axis Communications, iii Bosch, iv Hanwha Techwin (Samsung), v Mobotix, vi Pelco, vii Sony, viii Speco, ix Vivotek, x No other models will be accepted for this project. (5) Monitors shall be a minimum of 1920x1080 (“Full HD”) resolution.
