Specifications include, but are not limited to: Specific tasks to be completed under this procurement are as follows: A. Site Assessment i. Use data collected from previous website redesign efforts to gauge website audience and website utilization. ii. Assess the site and all content to remove unnecessary pages, documents, and links. iii. Collaborate with the MHCC project team to select current and pertinent website content and determine content visibility (e.g. Certificate of Need Applications). iv. Assess whether each division needs a designated page. v. Propose how to make information easier to find with three (3) clicks or less. vi. Assess and propose an online application management system for all MHCC applications, including the capability to upload required or supporting documentation vii. Assess and propose a valuable tool for website users to access facility surveys and assessments. Surveys are available here: https://mhcc.maryland.gov/mhcc/pages/home/surveys/surveys.aspx viii. Determine whether a web-based searchable document archiving system (e.g. PSIsafe) is needed, based on our website audience. B. Redesign and Development i. Develop up to three (3) full redesign options that will include graphic design and architecture, content inclusion and placement, and functionality for business processes. ii. Use industry best practices, Maryland DOIT standards, and contractor recommendations to generate practice guidelines for updating content, determine relevant content, and maintain consistency across all content.
