Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Furnish all labor, equipment and supplies necessary to perform the unarmed security guard services for the facility, grounds, and parking lot, in strict conformity with the methods and conditions hereinafter specified. B. Provide unarmed security services on State workdays, starting at 6:45 a.m. and ending at 5:15 p.m. Any additional days, evenings, weekends or holidays necessary, depending on building usage, shall be provided at the same hourly rate. C. Security guard services shall include coverage of the internal building premises, and external building grounds to include parking lots. D. All services must be provided in an orderly, continuous and consistent manner, which will support the effective delivery of services to the employees and customers and cannot cause disruption to Department operations. E. The Contractor shall ensure that the premises are always staffed by a security guard during the hours described herein. In the event that a guard requests leave, the Contractor will provide a proper replacement so that the premises are never left without a security guard. The Contractor must notify the Contract Monitor or designee immediately of any staffing issues affecting the Contractor’s ability to provide personnel during the required hours.
