Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform the uniformed security guard services for the AAOCSE with the methods and conditions herein specified; confined solely to unarmed services. Security services are to be provided on State workdays during agency hours of operation. The qualified vendor must provide the necessary personnel and any special equipment required to provide these services. The services must be provided in an orderly, continuous and consistent manner, which will support the effective delivery of services to customers, and which will cause the minimum amount of disruption to agency operations. Changes that do not exceed the scope of this contract may be made, but only with the approval of the Agency Director or Designee and the Procurement Officer. Any proposal for additional services that do exceed the scope of the contract may not be performed without written authorization from the Agency Director or Designee and the Procurement Officer.
