Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project, located in Frederick County, is for the grinding and resurfacing of a portion of U.S. 15 (Northbound only) beginning north of Angleberger Road at mile marker 22.84 and extending in a northerly direction to just south of Structure No. 10004 crossing over Owens Creek at mile marker 30.02 for a total distance of 7.18 miles. The work will consist of the following: (a) Hot Mix Asphalt pavement repair patching, grinding and resurfacing of US 15 northbound. (b) Removal of HMA wearing surface and deck repairs of Structure No. 1010900. (c) Installation of snowplowable pavement markers. (d) Installation of rumble strips. (e) Installation of final pavement markings. (f) Removal and/or installation of the W-Beam Traffic Barrier and End Treatments as necessary. (g) All related work.
