The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and supplies necessary to perform the unarmed uniformed security guard service for the BCOCSE, with the methods and conditions herein specified confined solely to unarmed services. These services shall be provided in an orderly, continuous and consistent manner, which will support the effective delivery of services to customers, and which will cause the minimum amount of disruption to agency operations. Security services are requested for two (2) unarmed uniformed guards to be provided on State workdays, starting one half-hour before opening hour and one hour after closing hours. Any special equipment required for the guards to provide these services will also be provided by the successful Bidder. The estimated number of hours for two (2) unarmed uniformed guards for this contract term is 592 hours. This is an estimate only and will only be used for Bid preparation purposes. These hours are not guaranteed. No additional specifications were given.
