Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Household refuse collection: days, times, and locations. The Contractor will remove household refuse twice weekly, on Tuesday and Fridays, between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. from the back or side yards of residences. If unable to service, Contractor must notify the customer. 2. Bulk (heavy) refuse collection. The Contractor will collect heavy refuse from the front of residences once every month on dates that the Town and Contractor agree upon. 3. Special refuse collection. The Contractor may collect refuse at the request of residents at other times. Special collections are not part of this Contract however. The Contractor must make arrangements for payment from the homeowner.
