Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.2.1 Repairs and Maintenance 3.2.1.1 Work will be compensated on a time and materials basis, for actual time working on-site: 3.2.1.1.1 Travel time to and from the project site will not be reimbursed. 3.2.1.1.2 Labor rates are requested at single rates without distinction to regular, premium and overtime rates, due to the irregularity of the stadium event schedule. 3.2.1.2 The Contractor will be required to provide on-call maintenance support to the flat panel displays at the Camden Yards Sports Complex. Service labor may be performed in MSA designated space onsite or off-site in the Contractor’s facilities. All parts are to be supplied by MSA, or to be billed separately at pre-established markup rates of a maximum of ten percent (10%). Maintenance labor is to include the following: 3.2.1.2.1 All labor to remove the displays, repair and replace them in their original location; or, when necessary, to install a replacement supplied by MSA; 3.2.1.2.2 All labor to remove and replace the shrouds around the displays as needed for service; and 3.2.1.2.3 All labor to coordinate with the display or mount manufacturer for all warranty and non-warranty repairs as needed. 3.2.1.3 The Contractor must provide on-call maintenance support of the MATV headend and distribution systems at Camden Yards Sports Complex. Service labor may be performed in MSA-designated space on-site or off-site in the Contractor’s facilities. All parts or replacement components are to be billed separately at the pre-established markup rates of a maximum of ten percent (10%). Maintenance labor on the MATV headend and distribution systems shall include the following: 3.2.1.3.1 All labor to test, repair and replace the elements of the MATV headend and distribution systems in their original location; or, when available, to install a replacement supplied by MSA. System components may be repaired in place when possible. 3.2.1.3.2 Measurement and balancing the digital MATV signal, including testing, monitoring, and calibration of the equipment for optimal distribution of the MATV signal.
