Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Maryland is requesting proposals for CASL Technology Staffing resources in order to enter into a contract with one or more professional temporary placement contractors to provide the following staffing services on an as needed, as requested basis: Senior Software Developer Software Developer Front End Developer Graphic Designer Mobile Software Developer System Engineer IT Coordinator Desktop Network Technician Multi-Media Specialist The labor categories shall be as follows: - Software Developer o 2-4 years demonstrated experience in the life-cycle development of quality software products would work under general supervision of CASL Development staff. Experience with: Java/Spring/Struts development SpringSource ToolSuite and/or Eclipse Database design & development (MySQL/MSSQL) Apache/Tomcat application design, testing, & deployment HTML/CSS/Javascript Source code/configuration management (Subversion preferred) Developing and implementing testing plans appropriate to project size Working on a small development team - Senior Software Developer o 5+ years demonstrated experience in the life-cycle development of quality software products able to design, code, document, test, and deploy with little/no supervision. Experience with: Java/Spring/Struts development SpringSource Tool Suite and/or Eclipse Database design & development (MySQL/MSSQL) Apache/Tomcat application deployment Source code/configuration management (Subversion preferred) Requirements gathering, application design, testing and integration HTML/CSS/Javascript Working on/leading a small development team
