Work with MDH to establish an IaaS-based NBS technical support prioritization and enhancement document for MDH approval 3.2.1.2 Provide the number of years of experience and one example of where you effectively provided solutions for each of the following in an IaaS-based NEDSS Base System (NBS): A. Developing and troubleshooting Rhapsody scripts and routes for ELR and eCR in an IaaS-based NBS B. eCR and customized Public Health Case Document (PHDC) troubleshooting in an IaaS-based NBS C. Customizing and expanding the flat file (CSV) to PHDC capabilities in an IaaS-based NBS- which includes expanding and adjusting current PHDC messaging tables D. Assistance with maintenance and troubleshooting of RDB refreshes using MasterETL in an IaaSbased NBS E. Technical support for Message Mapping Guide (MMG) implementation and onboarding activities including porting historical data into NBS investigation pages that include repeating blocks F. Technical support to implement the “Share Document” functionality for case investigation exchange with other states in an IaaS-based NBS G. Developing custom reports for eCRs in NBS to include expanded data fields not currently available H. Enhance current/new interoperability workflows and paths for an IaaS-based NBS I. Provide technical support for state jurisdiction’s IaaS-based NBS in a possible emergency disease response J. Assistance with maintenance of Wildfly, Java Server Admin, and SQL Server for an IaaS-based NBS
