Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1: Project Management and Communications shall begin when a Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued and continue for the duration of the Contract. A. The Contractor shall host a kick-off meeting at the Commission’s location within 30 days of the NTP and present preliminary Transitionin, Project Management, Data Quality, and Communications Plans. B. The Contractor shall prepare, and present Transition-in Plan as described in Section 3.1. C. The Contractor shall prepare and present a Project Management Plan that includes a master project schedule. 1) The Contractor shall submit a final Plan to the Contract Monitor for approval within 10 business days after the kick-off meeting. 2) The Contractor shall include in the Plan a recommendation for project tracking software (such as BaseCamp® or Smartsheets®) and SAS code sharing software (such as GitHub®) that shall be utilized for the duration of the project. 3) Upon acceptance, the Contractor shall implement and maintain the Project Management Plan for the duration of the Contract period, updating it as needed. 4) If the Contractor amends the process for data processing or changes the system on which the processing occurs, the Contractor must submit a revised Project Management Plan prior to implementing the changes as well as a timeline for implementing these changes. D. The Contractor shall prepare and present a draft Data Quality Plan applicable for all data streams (Financial, Abstract, and Supplemental).
