PEO C3T HQ, its associated Program Manager organizations, and mission supported customers require diverse support in a range of program management, business, technical, readiness, and engineering services for PEO C3T systems. To effectively support these systems, services must be planned and executed in coordination with multiple units and organizations, with special consideration for the US Army war-fighting mission and Operations Tempo (OPTEMPO) events.
This acquisition includes requirements for support services primarily Technical Engineering Support, Readiness Management, Business and Operations Management, Public Affairs, Information Management. The contractor shall provide support in a diverse range of support services that span the total life cycle of Mission Command systems, to include System of Systems Engineering and Integration, Network Engineering, Architecture Development, Interoperability Engineering, Information Assurance, Technology Transition/Insertion, Testing, Fielding, Training, Cybersecurity, Business Management, Information Management, and Public Affairs.
This effort will be reserved to small businesses that are participating under the Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) Program. Because this is a small-business set aside, the awardee will need to perform at least 50% (percent) of the work.
