The Department of Veterans & Military Families is accepting quotes for topsoil supply and delivery at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, located at 11501 Garrison Forest Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117. B. The Contractor shall furnish and deliver screened, high-quality topsoil, by the truckload as order by the cemetery Superintendent or his designated representative. The topsoil shall be suitable for lawn and landscape use, free from debris and contaminants, and compliant with Maryland Department of Agriculture and Maryland State Highway Administration standards for topsoil. C. The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, parts, materials, labor, and supervision necessary to supply and deliver approximately six (6) truckloads (18 cubic yards) of suitable quality topsoil per month to the designated storage bins located at the bottom of the cemetery by the maintenance shop, Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery. Truckloads and cubic yards stated are estimated and will be “as needed” and specified by the Cemetery Superintendent for each order. This number may change. The number may be impacted by and dependent upon the start date, weather, and other unknown elements.
