GROUND MOUNT 1) OVERVIEW The Contractor shall design and build a complete pile-driven, fixed-tilt ground mount racking system for the photovoltaic (PV) array. The system must be engineered for rapid deployment, durability, and structural integrity. Selected equipment must meet or exceed the performance and quality of the TerraSmart GLIDE Wave ground mount system. 2) STRUCTURAL DESIGN a) The racking system shall utilize galvanized steel driven piles as the foundation. b) It must support a fixed tilt angle of 25° due South c) The mount shall comply with Underwriters Laboratories (UL) 2703; with integrated bonding and grounding for all PV modules and metal components. d) Mount must include wire management solutions (e.g., clips, trays, or cable pathways) to secure conductors neatly and safely, and to minimize long-term maintenance risks...
