The primary objective of this effort is to provide systems and software engineering technical services to support the SEC C3T Directorate activities. It is important to note that the efforts of the contractor(s) are not independent efforts but rather a collaboration between the SEC C3T Directorate and the contractor(s) in support of mission performance. The contractor(s) shall be required to provide Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and personnel.
The SMEs shall have a broad-based range of knowledge, skills, and abilities including but not limited to the following: knowledgeable and skillful project management; professional and technical support; system and software requirements development and management; software development; software sustainment; software assurance and cybersecurity, and information assurance. Contractor personnel supporting the PWS requirements will need skills and knowledge in software engineering and specific functional area (e.g., tactical and strategic satellite communications, maneuver, command and control (C2)).
