Specifications include, but are not limited to: This contract is for the purpose of, but not limited to, Snowplowing at HOC properties located in Montgomery County, MD, including other related work as defined by the Housing Opportunities Commission. Units may be occupied or vacant during the course of the work. B. All work shall comply with the conditions set forth in this document and as contained within the project details, specifications, and any attachments contained herein. C. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and materials necessary to perform the work set forth in the Bid Documents, herein incorporated as: 1. Bidder Qualification Statement 2. Non-Collusive Affidavit 3. Scope of work 4. Property Survey List 5. Contractor site visit confirmation 6. Bid Submission Checklist D. Upon issuance of the Notice of Award, the Contractor shall visit the site(s) to verify field conditions. Should variations arise between the field conditions and the Bid documents, the Contractor must notify the HOC Contract Administrator as identified in Section 3.32, in writing, immediately of any discrepancies.
