Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and expertise to perform snow and ice removal on roadways, parking lots, sidewalks, and other areas designated by the Administration at the Hanover Complex located at 7491 Connelley Drive Hanover Md. 21076. Please note that the Contractor’s skid loaders will work continuously during a major storm which may necessitate the need for relief operators. The Contractor shall provide all service and repairs to keep its equipment operational for the entire snow event and untilreleased by the Administration.The Administration will not compensate for down time of equipment that extends beyond one hour. The Contractorshallreport to the Administration when its equipment is down for repairs and when the repairs have been completed and the equipment is operational.
