Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall furnish and make payment for all supervision, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, snow equipment, insurance, vehicles, gas, oil and utilities necessary to provide snow/ice removal service for the East Bound side of the Broken Land Pkwy Park n Ride, in strict conformity with the methods and conditions herein specified. All work on this project shall conform to the Maryland Department of Transportation, State Highway Administration's Specifications entitled, "Standard Specifications for Construction and Materials" dated July 2008 revisions thereof, or additions thereto, and the Special Provisions included in this Invitation for Bids. In case of discrepancy between the Special Provisions and all other provisions contained in the Contract, the RME will be the sole authority as to the proper procedure to follow.
