4.1 Provide all required labor, equipment and materials to shred and remove regular paper and some sensitive paper records from Clifton T. Perkins Hospital Center. This shall include locked toters to be provided by the Contractor where the paper shall remain locked until the shredding process. 4.2 Provide commercial trucks and shredding equipment in order to complete services in a timely manner. 4.3 Provide confidential shredding services twice per month and on as-needed basis. Certificates/documentation of destruction to be provided for each job. 4.4 Accept documents to be shredded stored in file boxes or locking containers (toters) provided by Contractor. 4.5 Accept requests for service by email and telephone. 4.6 Types of paper to be shredded may include but not be limited to: A. Copier paper B. Computer paper C. Fax paper D. Ledger paper E. Card Stock F. Various envelopes G. Paper reams H. Adding machine tape I. Post-it notes J. Telephone books K. Various manuals L. Magazines M. Catalogs N. Sales literature O. Miscellaneous documents P. Documents may include paper clips, staples, or plastic baggie pieces 4.7 On-Site Containers: Contractor shall provide a minimum of 25 large paper storage containers, approximately 45-gallon size, with locking option.
