The contractor shall provide all labor, technical expertise, professional support, chemicals, (wet and/or dry), transportation and equipment for the extermination of all pests at the Baltimore City District Court, SOO North Calvert Street, Baltimore, MD. 21202. The Baltimore District Court is a 168,568 sq. ft. facility. This service shall include both the interior and exterior of the building and grounds as specified by this contract or as necessary to eliminate pest from the interior or exterior of the building.
