The Department of Juvenile Services (DJS or the Department) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to procure on-site and on-call behavioral health services for youth at the Baltimore City Juvenile Justice Center (BCJJC), the Charles H. Hickey, Jr. School (Hickey) and the Cheltenham Youth Detention Center (CYDC). The selected Offeror(s) shall provide behavioral health services such as mental health assessments or evaluations for court, including psychological, substance abuse, psychosocial, psychiatric, neuropsychological, and psychosexual assessments. In addition, the selected Offeror(s) will provide Qualified Residential Treatment Programs, (QRTP) assessments and the psychiatric and psychosocial components of the Certificate of Need (CON) process in order to place youth in Medical Assistance funded programs.
