Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform the unarmed guard services for the PGCDSS and PGCOCSE buildings, grounds, and parking lot in strict conformity with the methods and conditions hereinafter specified. Security services are to be provided on State workdays, starting fifteen minutes before opening hour, and ending fifteen minutes after closing hours. Additional days or evenings may be necessary depending on building usage. Security Guard services include coverage of the internal building rounds, external building rounds, and state car compound. Services shall also include operation of hand- held and/or walk-through metal detectors
