Specifications include, but are not limited to: The SAP ERP solution (hereafter referred to as SAP ERP) has been operational since August 2009 and provides the County the procurement management capabilities and a financial and accounting system foundation which allows the County to generate and post financial transactions automatically and generate the CAFR. The system also offers the ability to conduct water and sewer utility, billing for individual and commercial customers, and call center services to its citizens. 1.3 The County operates in a Windows/MS SQL server environment utilizing VM Ware. Remote access to County systems provided through CITRIX or VPN. The County has replaced many of its legacy systems/applications with an implementation of an SAP Enterprise Resource Planning solution. This solution consists of the following operating modules and associated functionality.
