Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide Snow Removal Services, specifically, to plow and salt entry roads, parking lots, and bus loops located on CCPS Properties. Bidders may bid on Work Areas “A” and “B” as listed below or on only Area “A” or only on Area “B” that it can successfully complete and manage, simultaneously. The successful Bidder(s) shall have all necessary resources necessary to provide Snow Removal Services, which includes but is not limited to, plowing all parking lots, entry roadways, and bus loops for Areas “A” and “B”, leaving them free of measurable snow. 2. Be on-call 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week (weekends and holidays treated as regular business days) and be able to be reached for notification purposes to complete required Work. The Vendors/Contractors may be required to perform snow removal services after normal working hours, nights, weekends, and/or holidays. 3. Have mobile phones and provide the CCPS Supervisor or his designee(s) with mobile phone numbers that must be answered at all times. Said phones are to be used to provide immediate responses to any requests, questions, or concerns that may arise
