Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Maryland State Highway Administration Headquarters Complex (SHA HQ) is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide snow and ice removal services consisting of plowing, shoveling, salting, sweeping, and ice/snow removal. The area consists of the 707 N Calvert St building, the surrounding vicinity, the 211 E Madison St building, North and South Hunter Street located between 211 E Madison Street and 707 N. Calvert Street, the designated Maryland State Highway Administration Headquarters Complex Parking Lots A & B located under the Jones Falls Expressway (JFX), and the 211 parking lot located behind the 211 E Madison Street building. The amount of work and frequency will be determined on an “as needed” basis as the weather requires. All work will be paid at the contract’s unit price per crew hour.
