Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and supplies necessary to perform theunarmed uniformed security guard service for the HCDSS, with the methods andconditions herein specified confined solely to unarmed services. These services shall beprovided in an orderly, continuous and consistent manner, which will support theeffective delivery of services to customers, and which will cause the minimum amount ofdisruption to agency operations. Security services are requested for two (2) unarmeduniformed guards to be provided on State workdays, starting one half-hour beforeopening hour and one hour after closing hours. Any special equipment required for theguards to provide these services will also be provided by the successful Bidder
