Specifications include, but are not limited to: SERVICES CONTRACT TO DEVELOP AND MANAGE AREVERSE COMMUTE PROGRAM. It is the intent of Howard County, Maryland, hereinafter called the "County", to enterinto a contract with a qualified Contractor, hereinafter the "Contractor", to perform thejob development services and transportation to employment centers within HowardCounty as detailed in the agreement between the County and DHR/BCDSS (Exhibit III)and the scope of work. The Contractor will work closely with BCDSS employmentservices, Howard County employment services and related Contractors to fill jobopportunities in the County. The Contractor will provide these job placement and jobtransportation services either through their existing resources or subcontractors approvedby the County
