The contractor is furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, overhead to include travel, and incidentals as necessary to complete the following: 1. The contractor will service and repair the motorized overhead doors in the park. The motorized doors are from Overhead Door Co. Two are in the MAC Lab, bldg. 31. 2. The contractor will service and repair the roll up door in the Visitor’s Center, bldg. 14, utilized as a fire door. 3. The contractor will service and repair the manual overhead and garage doors installed in the Maintenance Garage, bldg. 5, and one in the Gardener’s Cottage, bldg. 36. There is a total of five manual roll up and garage doors. 4. The contractor will service and repair the manual overhead and garage doors installed in the Asbury House Garage, bldg. 21. 5. If defects are noted that are beyond simple repairs and the contractor recommends door system replacement, the contractor will provide a replacement cost. The replacement will not occur under this contract. 6. Contractor will perform a comprehensive operations check after the work is completed to ensure all doors must function smoothly and properly without issues.
