A. Standard Pests include the following: Ants, crickets, fleas, ticks, silverfish, ladybugs, spiders, non-stinging flying insects, roaches, millipedes, centipedes, as well as rodents limited to mice and rats. B. Standard Pests are covered within the fixed monthly rate. C. Monthly Scheduled Services - Pre-planned services that include inspection and treatment of pests in the interiors and exteriors of the entire Facility. The contractor must cover all labor and material associated with these services. D. Monthly Scheduled Services exclusively cover Standard Pests. E. The contractor will be responsible for all resources necessary to safely and effectively identify and eradicate all Standard Pests across all buildings and grounds of the facility. F. Quoting Contractor Deficiency: If a Work Order for Standard Pests is determined to be the fault of the Contractor due to lack of services determine by the Contract Monitor, the Contractor may not bill for this service as this is covered under the contracted standard monthly services.
