Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Carroll County Office of Tourism located at 225 North Center Street, Westminster, MD 21157, publishes a brochure and booklet featuring the Roads to Gettysburg. The brochure informs the public of different events that occurred in Carroll County, Maryland that lead the troops to Gettysburg, while the booklet is a driving tour to follow the troop s movements. The intention of the specifications herein will be to describe the quality, style,size and quantity of brochure and booklets needed and delivery instructions. The Office of Tourism is interested in receiving bids from qualified printing firms who possess the ability to work in cooperation with the countys Graphic Designer to prepare and print the Carroll County Maryland Roads to Gettysburg Brochure and Driving Tour Booklet. A printing firm who can provide the right quantity, quality, cost, timely delivery and meets or exceeds the requirements of this sealed bid is desired
