Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) Work closely with prevention staff and program evaluators on the project’s activities. b) Attend regular meetings with the project’s team and ensure all activities are carried out. c) Provide community-based research for Queen Anne's County on substance misuse of alcohol, marijuana, and opioids in people 21 and older. d) Work with prevention staff on deploying a survey to community members and key informants. e) Conduct at least four focus groups and six key informant interviews with community members and stakeholder groups. f) Conduct at least one focus group with the Hispanic population. g) Assist the prevention staff in recruiting focus group participants and key informants. h) If needed, modify the survey tool, focus group, and KI interview questions. i) Collect qualitative and quantitative data on substance misuse from diverse groups. j) Provide a comprehensive report and presentation with the major findings collected by the end of the contract period.
